I don't think it's going to matter "in the corridors of power in Washington". But perhaps we can keep the news alive on the internet. Whichever view you eventually take, you should at least have the benefit of hearing both sides, something the powers in Washington are not going to give you.
If you are new to YWA, or if you are not and have forgotten (or blocked) the reason I continue to keep you informed on Venezuelan affairs, it's because they are a major oil supplier to the U.S. and Washington does not approve of their President, Hugo Chavez. It's a mutual disapproval.
