My server has given notice that I have to start using a secure file transfer protocol beginning next Tuesday.
There seems to be some difficulty in this type of communication between the blogging service (eBlogger) and my server, so this is proving to be somewhat problematic. I don't know yet how it will play out. At the least, it will probably mean a different URL (web address). I'll keep you posted by a notice in the title bar. I have been unsuccessful in attempting to make the transition without any disruption and without having YWA readers have to change their bookmark to another address. It doesn't look like that is going to be possible. In the end, there is also the possibility that I will end up having to switch blog hosts, which would probably mean a different look to YWA, in addition to a different address. It might also mean that the archives become inaccessible. At the worst, it may also include a few days of light or no blogging early next week.
I apologize sincerely for any disruption the transition may cause.
In the case of a small miracle, this will get worked out before Tuesday, and you'll see a seamless transition - in other words, you won't see anything change.
I appreciate your patience and perseverence here if it gets quirky and you choose to hang around. You can always write to Nell if you need to get in touch with us.
...but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
