Closing in on Ken Lay?

The Enron CEO recently charged is pleading "not guilty". Jeff Skilling's lawyer says he's being used as a scapegoat. The previously charged Enron exec, Andrew Fastow, has agreed to spill the beans in exchange for a 10-year jail term (what was he expecting otherwise?).

If Fastow is going to sing, and Skilling is not going to take the rap, does that mean Georgie's buddy Kenny is looking for a new home overseas?

Shares of Enron now trade on the "pink sheets," where they closed at 8 cents on Thursday.

Now there's some stock I can afford.

...you do what you want...you will anyway.
