Bachmann secured 4823 votes, edging out Ron Paul, who had 4671 votes. Tim Pawlenty finished a distant third with 2293 votes.
This is not a scientific conclusion, but to me, it seems to indicate that the Republicans are split 50/50 into whack jobs and reasoning people. Which, I am afraid will condemn us to another Obama term. And it will be déjà vu on the flip side when the Reasoning Republicans scream at the Regresso Republicans for allowing that to happen, just like the Real Democrats screamed at independents and fed-up Democrats for voting for Ralph Nader. Because, you know, this isn’t about voting for whom you really think would be the best president. That would be a democratic republic. So 1776.
And now Super Obama will sweep in. I wonder what he’s going to eat at the fair.
