I don't know if it's intentional or not, but this image at the Washington Independent, at first glance, looks as though somebody is calling President #Compromise a bastard. At least if any yokels are looking at it, they surely think it says, "Ya bastard!" That was my first reaction - coming from yokel country.

Of course, it is a Spanish language phrase (ya basta) meaning 'enough already.' But yokels aren't likely to know that. So was it cropped intentionally to get a rise?

On second thought, yokels are probably not reading the Washington Independent.

On Tuesday, TAI reported that the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), a body that is part of the U.S. Justice Department, made a decision on August 11 arguing that federal regulations do not require that immigrants arrested without a warrant have to be notified of their rights before being questioned.
