Graner's Out

The convicted ringleader of detainee abuses at Abu Ghraib has been released from a US military prison, an army spokeswoman said.

Charles Graner Jr, 42, was released on Saturday from the US Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, after serving more than six and a half years of a 10-year sentence, spokeswoman Rebecca Steed said.

Because why ? He might be a repeat offender???

Maybe he was the highest ranking soldier to be prosecuted, but ringleader I think gives him standing he really didn’t earn. The masterminds of his crimes still go unaccountable, of course.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
