What about al-Douri?

January 14, 2004 - SAMARRA, Iraq - U.S. forces moved a step closer to the most wanted man in Saddam Hussein (news - web sites)'s regime Wednesday, detaining his four nephews in a pre-dawn raid in the central city of Samarra.

...Two of the nephews arrested Wednesday are suspected of helping to hide their uncle, former Iraqi Vice President Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri. Al-Douri has a $10 million bounty on his head and is suspected to have been orchestrating insurgent attacks on U.S.-led coalition forces.

What about the other two? There is no mention of their crime. Apparently the same as the crime of al-Douri's wife and daughter. Being related.

His wife and daughter were arrested on Nov. 26 and remain in custody.

This is patently illegal.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
