This man rivals Cheney in my album of demonic creepery. Actually, I think if I could make nominations for the four horsemen of the apocalypse, they'd probably be: Kissinger, Perle, Cheney and Rumsfiend.
I could have a long list of understudies, though.
Actually the four horsemen thing doesn't quite work. I'd better go with Nazgul. Besides, then I can have as long a list as needed.
