PATRIOT ACT in Vegas

La Belle Soeur is back from her trip to Las Vegas. She reports, in follow-up to my post regarding the FBI order for casinos and hotels to turn over guest records:

i was trying to catch up with ywa and when i read the one about the airlines and the hotels cooperating with the fbi i remembered something that happened when we checked in at the hotel. one room was reserved under clay's name and one under mine so we were the ones checking in. the person at registration asked us the names of anyone else staying in our rooms. i don't recall ever being asked that question at registration anywhere - maybe how many but never their names. i just told her there wasn't any reason to list everyone's name. she said something about - well if they lost their keys they wouldn't be able to get a replacement from the desk. i just told her we would deal with that if it happened.

Way to be, Sis.

(And I see you finally quit wasting energy on that old "shift" key.)

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
