Facing 35 TV cameras, he said that if the Legislature doesn't go his way, he'll organize petition drives to put his ideas to a vote of the people. Todd Harris, a Republican campaign consultant who has worked for Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, is moving from Tallahassee to Sacramento to run a new firm that would handle Schwarzenegger's ballot campaigns.

Aha. Then Arnold should get his votes.
