Deliveries delayed

The global package delivery service of DHL canceled a scheduled flight to Iraq on Saturday after one of its cargo planes was forced earlier to make an emergency landing at Baghdad International airport with its wing ablaze.

The Belgium-based courier said it was waiting for more information about what happened, but a military source in Baghdad, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the plane had been struck by a SAM-7 surface-to-air missile.

... The second flight scheduled for Baghdad on Saturday was canceled...DHL has been making about two or three flights a day into Baghdad since June.

DHL may be renegotiating their delivery contract.
