On Dec. 15, a Los Angeles Federal Court judge will hear arguments about how much evidence U.S. officials must reveal to support their claims that a decapitated Boeing 747 could soar thousands of feet after 80,000 pounds of nose and cockpit were blown off. That is an interesting prospect. If my reading of that is correct, the issue is how much evidence the government has to present, if any, to support public claims they make in concluding investigations. And if that is the correct reading, the court's ruling could have far-reaching implications. Don't get too hopeful, though.
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
