U.S. Ninth Circuit Court dismisses touchscreen voting concerns as "hypothetical" article
Not sure where this will all end up. But this headline reminds me of an old friend who lived in San Antonio. Some thug friends of her son (who was doing time at the time) broke into her house and beat her up because they thought she probably knew where her son had left some stolen money. The police told her they couldn't do anything unless they caught them in the act. So I guess she needed to figure out a way to call the police while getting beaten.
Okay, that's not a clear connection.
The point is, I guess we'll have to wait until the Lying Sack O' gets back into office a second time by virtue of vote-scamming before we can pursue the problem of the faulty machinery....when it's no longer hypothetical. Then wait for the case to make its way through the courts and up to the supremes where it can be stricken.
Or something like that.
Boy, if this post lives through tomorrow morning, you can click here to read more on votescam.
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
