Whose fault was it?

I have only one question about this "intelligence failure" investigation.

When we figure out who's to blame for the mess we're in, then can we spend some time concentrating on how to get out of it?

Seriously, I'd really like to know who was pulling the wool over whose eyes in the CIA-White House wars, and I suspect it was each sniping the other. And I'd really like to see a whole bunch of people removed from office, but I would like to correct the "situation" in Iraq as a priority.

....but do what you want....you will anyway.
