Numb

And maybe that's the plan - they will numb us all out so's we don't register the lunacy of their schemes or the total insanity that has taken a throttle-hold on our nation's neck.

The Mighty Reason Man at Very Very Happy is noticing a decreased ability to register shock.

It's kind of like getting adjusted to freezing water. Go in very slowly, and inch by inch, you become accustomed, and after a while you, well, you die, I suppose.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
