Bring me my rubber stamp

Hahahahahaha again.

The Food and Drug Administration was expected to publish a preliminary report this week on whether meat and milk products from cloned animals are safe and can be sold in the United States, industry experts said Thursday.

I don't know one way or the other whether they're "safe", but is there anybody out there who thinks the FDA might say no?

We're threatening to sue Europeans for not buying our genetically altered crops. Monsanto sued a small dairy for putting labels on its products that says they're growth hormone free, because, says Monsanto, that suggests that its products which aren't growth hormone free are bad.

A number of years ago I was required by an entomology professor to write a report on pesticide use, because he was sure I'd find out that "environmentalists" were wrong about the dangers. What I found was that the majority of the people sitting as officials in the EPA were also board members of large firms tied to the chemical industry. The beginning of my political education, you might say.

Have a look over there in the upper right hand corner of my blog for a quote that pretty much says it all.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
