Brazil is demanding greater access to U.S. agricultural markets as part of the hemispherewide Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) agreement sought by Washington. Miami will host a Cabinet-level FTAA negotiating session Nov. 20-21.

I'm guessing they both have interest in whatever corporations will fare best in the FTAA agreement.
I better quit guessing. I know nothing about Florida's economy. Maybe Jeb isn't really running the state into the ground as Lisa and Zelda sometimes intimate.
