Rumsfiend in South Korea

I'm a little concerned that Rumsfiend is losing his tough-man touch. Nobody seems to be scared of him any more. Not Japan. Not South Korea.

Seoul and Washington did not reach concrete agreement over key issues, such as more South Korean troops to Iraq and relocation of US Forces Korea (USFK).

The United States hopes Seoul would dispatch large number of combatant troops to Iraq to keep order in the Middle East country,in addition to some 600 South Korean non-combatants who are working there. But the South Korea government is likely to send nomore than 3,000 troops, most of which are non-combatants, under local pressure.

Brutha Don, I do believe you really have lost your mojo.
