No Safer

More than six years after the September 11 attacks, the United States still does not have a coherent plan to destroy the terrorist threat, according to an independent government watchdog.

The United States and Pakistan also agree that "Al-Qaeda had regenerated its ability to attack the United States and had succeeded in establishing a safe haven in Pakistan's militant hotbed of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), said the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

  1. Well, they could start by pulling out of Iraq and Afghanistan, regonising Hamas as the legitimately elected government of the Palestinians, and cutting military aid to Israel.

    But I suppose that would make too much sense.
