He's the Conductor Guy

Maybe he missed his calling. Dubya invited himself to conduct the orchestra in the middle of 'Stars and Stripes'. Apparently he did a good job, even if it was a bit presumptuous of him to walk up to the stage and ask the conductor to pass him the baton.

Canonfire says another King George did exactly the same thing.

Is it a side effect of syphilis?
