A rescue in Iraq

U.S.-led special forces have freed three Italians and a Pole held hostage in Iraq and captured some of their abductors in a bloodless rescue mission.

...The freed Italians, Umberto Cupertino, Maurizio Agliana and Salvatore Stefio, worked for a U.S. security firm and were abducted on April 12. A colleague was killed by the kidnappers after Italy rejected demands to withdraw its troops from Iraq.

...The released Pole was Jerzy Kos, a manager with Polish construction company Jedynka who was seized last week.

A Turkish hostage was freed but another Turk abducted with him remained in captivity, the Turkish embassy in Baghdad said. No other details were immediately available.

Surely that Turkish hostage was a separate deal? Or was this a negotiated rescue mission? Or did the other abductors (implied by the "some" captured) manage to hold on to the one Turk? Sorry, no details.
