Meanwhile, in Iraq

The constitution signing didn't come off so smoothly

And you're so surprised.

And what really surprises you is that the sticking point is the Kurds' position on autonomy - that one little bit that didn't quite get ironed out before they announced "full agreement" on "each article" of the constitution in a rush to push this thing through.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
