U.S. navy to take up position off the coast of Venezuela?

Where the heck is this news other than buried in a March 5 Heinz Dieterich interview with Venezuela's army commander General Raul Baduel at Scoop March 18 (also published at ZNet on March 21)?

President Chavez revealed on Sunday that a message had been intercepted mentioning plans to locate US navy ships off the coast of Venezuela in the near future. Is there a real danger of beliigerent hostilites?

I don't even see it on my two standby Venezuelan sources.

In this interveiw, the general also mentions the coincidental purchase of Spanish tanks by Colombia and how that makes a U.S.-backed invasion of Venezuela more suspect.
