Judge upholds a patient's right to privacy

In the case of the DoJ trying to subpoena 2,700 women's abortion records to make a case in support of a ban on a certain abortion procedure, a judge has just quashed the subpoenas.

The judge, Phyllis J. Hamilton, said forcing the providers to turn over the records would undermine the privacy rights of patients and could dissuade some from seeking treatment.

I think that was half the plan.

If God doesn't finish AssKKKroft off with pancreatitis, we at least need to get him out of office. We assume that would happen if a Democrat gets into the Oval Office next year. But, why wait to find out?
