Calling Orson Welles

Okay, here’s your notice: The test occurs at 1900 GMT Wednesday, November 9, and may last over three minutes.

Is it too pedestrian of me to ask why the message can’t indicate that it’s a test? Seems like a simple enough solution if you really don’t want to panic people.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
