Killing the Gulf: Protecting Our Food Supply

[T]here is still no chemical test to detect dispersant in Gulf seafood – though officials said one is coming very soon.

  Raw Story

Of course, I don’t know for a certainty, but it would be my guess that those future tests will not be able to test the seafood you have already been eating out of the Gulf since the government declared it safe several weeks ago.

“We understand that people are concerned about the dispersant,” FDA spokeswoman Meghan Scott told Raw Story in a separate interview. “It obviously was used extensively to disperse the oil.”

“But we really do believe that the dispersant is not likely to be present in the fish, particularly where there’s no oil present,” Scott continued.

Just like they believe in God, I guess. Faith.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
