How you will be taxed - or whether you will be taxed - is now a football in the game of who keeps or loses Congressional seats. That shouldn't be a surprise, since absolutely everything that can be used for political purposes is.
"We're having this fight before November," [a Democratic] aide told TPM, speaking on a condition of anonymity to be able to lay out the political agenda. "The caucus is in agreement that this fight is a fight worth taking before the election. You may not win but you put yourself in the camp of fighting with the middle class."
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
