Peter Pace Replaced

No doubt it's been in the works since his homophobic faux pas (calling gays immoral), but I wonder why the announcement that Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Peter Pace, will be replaced when his term ends in September was chosen to be made while Bush is in Europe.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
