Attorney Purge

As the DoJ is cracking under the impact of the attorney purges that were intended to (and did) suppress minority votes in this country, Bush merrily nominates judges who will carry out the same anti-minority program.

Just because one leg of the beast is hobbled, doesn't mean the other legs can't keep going.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
