Demanding a Timetable in Iraq

Muqtada al-Sadr will announce Monday the departure of his movement's six ministers from Iraq's government to press demands for the U.S. to leave Iraq

[...]

Al-Sadr's stake in the government controls the ministries of Health, Agriculture, Province Affairs, Transportation, Tourism and Civil Society Organizations.

[...]

"This decision has been taken because Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki did not respect the will of the Iraqi people who went on protest on April 9th demanding ... occupation forces to withdraw from Iraq."

  CNN article

I'm pretty sure the ministries of Health, Tourism and Civil Society Organizations won't notice much difference in their ability to get things done when their ministers walk.
