Spite bites back

It would appear that the reason Bubbleboy has had to consult a private attorney is that the Republicans trashed the attorney-client privilege for government lawyers/cleints in order to get at the Clintons, and now they can't use it for the Lying Coward of Crawford.

Ooops. Too bad.

John Dean analyses the situation.

You should read the whole thing, where you will learn that Oil Slick Dick has also now hired a private attorney. And that, according to an attorney Dean consulted, there isn't any reason to need to claim attorney-client privilege if they have no knowledge of the leaker's identity.
