Is Andrew Card an idiot or an asshat or both? (Pearl Harbor)

"Overall, the country (Iraq) is in much better shape today than it was before the war," White House chief-of-staff Andrew Card said on CNN's "Late Edition." "There is hope and opportunity."

"The one thing that is sure is that the Iraqi people are better off without Saddam Hussein. The region is better off without Saddam Hussein's regime. And the United States and its interests are better off because we don't have that horrible dictator in power," he said.

"Intelligence is a collection of dots, and then an analysis on how those dots might be connected. Some of those dots may not be what they appear to be, and some of the connections may not have been what people would have suggested," he said.

What a gagger.
