Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri was one of Saddam Hussein's top aides and U.S. troops are hoping the capture of the militants will generate clues to his whereabouts. article
We are building to a crescendo. So that constantly in the news we'll be getting closer and closer to the final big catch. And then, whenever the timing happens to be just right, voila! We'll "capture" him. Just like we did Saddam.

Youssef Khoshi, a top investigating judge in the northern city of Mosul, was killed by three men in a car on Monday night.
"He was shot six times from behind in the back. He died immediately," police Major Ali Mohammed said on Tuesday.
The slaying was part of a wave of attacks in recent weeks on officials working under Iraq's U.S.-led administration, including policemen, oil executives and other judges.
