Support Our Troops
NPR has been airing a series on women in the military, and this evening the segment was about women who are experiencing post traumatic stress disorder after returning from Iraq who are also having to cope with having been raped by men in their ranks. How hideous is that? The report said that 28% - that's twenty-eight percent - of women in the military are sexually assaulted while serving.
