White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel warned liberal groups this week to stop running ads against Democratic members of Congress. The powerful top aide to President Obama made his feelings known at the weekly closed-door strategy session of an array of progressive organizations, according to two sources who were there.Emanuel’s request came on the same day that Obama himself told a meeting of Democratic senators that he didn’t like seeing dollars used by liberal groups to target congressional Democrats.
Too bad, boys. If Democrats were liberals, those ads wouldn’t be happening. Apparently they don’t want people to wake up and see that they’re not.
If we stop playing politics like team sports where there can be only two teams, it would throw a wrench into big money politics, and maybe even encourage political education of the masses. We can’t have that.
You people need to STFU. Didn't you learn anything from the previous administration? You were thrown a bone with Obama, now take it and go bury it and yourselves along side.
