Rove's Jaguar Awaits His Return to DC

Story here, but I'm having a hard time believing that he'd leave his expensive vehicle anywhere that would leave it exposed to pranks. So...maybe this is real, and maybe it isn't.

Update: Apparently it was the work of "friends".
