Tough on Terrorists and the People Who Harbor Them

Remember A. Q. Khan, who had a network selling nuclear-weapons technology to such places as Libya, Iran and North Korea? Well, it seems he's done his three years of house arrest in Pakistan and is now a free man.

....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
