At the moment, this entire controversy is being treated as a political contest by both Democrats and Republicans.
I ask you, what isn’t? Personally, I don’t think they need to worry about him pursuing any investigation. We’ll see.
While Judge Jay Bybee has declined to speak before the Senate Judiciary Committee to explain his role in the Bush torture program, he is reportedly reaching out to Nevada delegation members to find an alternative forum “to tell his side of the story.”
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
