Would seem to me that Obama's desire to reverse the DOJ order to release the torture photos will put a quick nail in the coffin of his nomination of Dawn Johnsen to head the Office of Legal Counsel. In fact, it seems quite in conflict with it. And Glenn Greenwald explains that even the Democrats in the Senate don't seem all that eager to confirm her. She's too moral - and legal. It doesn't appear that he has been listening to her advice. I don't know why he nominated her.
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
