For watching the hateful, nasty, inhuman Dick Cheney on Sunday so that others of us didn't have to. Summarization: Cheney's still (and will go to his death) claiming that the Obama administration won't release the memos that show how much good torturing people actually did. He knows he can say this because the Obama administration cannot possibly release every memo, and as long as there's one left out there, Dick can say it's the one that proves torture saved American lives.
The important quote is where Dick tags Bush as knowing about, no, "basically authoriz[ing]" the torture program. Which of course he did, but I don't believe anybody official has actually said it before.
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
