That's one way to do it

This toon could serve for a lot more than just the Oaf of Office's great forest plan.

P.S. I gotta hand it to the little shit - or his trainers - he didn't gloat on his TV announcement of the Saddam capture. I wonder what he's been saying in private. Somebody finally reined him in on this one. That suggests to me that he really is concerned about his prospects next November. That, and the timing of the "capture".
