How about some UFOs in the mix?

This is from a forwarded list-serv message sent by Dr. Richard Boylan.

I look forward to Leslie Kean's lawsuit against the National Aeronautical and Space Administration. She is a friend, and an indefatigable searcher after the truth. It is heartening that the lawsuit has the financial and media-exposure backing and power of the Sci-Fi Channel behind it.

Leslie's case is strengthened by having the Washington, DC government communications and public relations firm of Podesta Mattoon behind it. The Podesta mentioned in the news story below is actually Anthony Podesta, the brother of John Podesta who served as President Clinton's Chief of Staff, and knows where some bodies are buried (so to speak), and, as Clinton's Chief of Staff had to have some awareness of Bill Clinton's frustration at being shut out of the UFO information loop by the extremist neofascists who run the UFO Cover-Up.

The Ed Rothschild whom the story identifies as a Sci-Fi channel Washington lobbyist, and former member of the Podesta Mattoon comunications/PR firm, and head of the Coalition for Freedom of Information, is not the Edgar Rothschild Fouche who authored the book disclosing the government's secret TR3-B triangular antigravity craft, "Alien Rapture".

The fact that Ed is heading up the Coalition for Freedom of Information, and that CFI is backing Leslie Kean's lawsuit means heavy firepower and incisive awareness of what facts are hidden where are going to make life very difficult for the boys in NASA's Freedom of Information Response office to try to snow these experts. Of course NASA, which is secretly now run by the National Security Agency, is a
master at stonewalling.

Thus, this courtroom match-up has the prospect of being a case of the Irresistible Force colliding with the Immoveable Object. I'm betting that "White Hat" insiders within NASA, who are sick and tired of the lies being peddled to the American public, are going to go around the backs of their NSA "masters" and leak selected tidbits to Leslie, Anthony and Ed, which in turn should spice up their lawsuit.

What will NASA/NSA do if a ruling comes down from a Federal Judge to open up their classified UFO files? Continue to stonewall in contempt of court? Which NASA officials are willing to go to prison to protect UFO secrets? Will George W. Bush step in and claim "Executive Privilege" or "overriding National Security interests"? The very invocation will: a) confirm UFO reality, and b) confirm the government cover-up in front of a Court of Law. All this while the cameras at the Sci-Fi Channel are rolling.

And then there's the little matter that there is a campaign for the "Reelection" of George W. Bush going on. Dropping a UFO Cover-Up fecal-clump in the Reelection Campaign punchbowl won't make W's Reelection Campaign sputter any better.

This will be a lawsuit to watch.

Sci Fi Channel-backed researcher sues NASA over UFO files
The Associated Press December 05, 2003

A researcher backed by cable television's Sci Fi Channel plans to sue NASA for records she contends the agency has of a UFO that reportedly crash landed and was recovered by government workers in southwestern Pennsylvania in 1965.

The Associated Press obtained an advance copy of the lawsuit to be filed Tuesday in federal court in Washington, D.C., on behalf of Leslie Kean, a San Rafael, Calif., investigative reporter backed by the cable channel and a group called the Coalition for Freedom of Information.

"Our lawsuit is aimed at getting NASA to tell the public what it knew and when it knew it," said Ed Rothschild, a lobbyist the Sci Fi Channel hired from the Washington firm Podesta Mattoon, who is also identified as CFI's executive director. Former President Bill Clinton's
one-time chief of staff John Podesta is a principle in the lobbying firm and has supported the cable channel's effort to declassify the documents.

NASA officials didn't immediately respond Friday to a copy of the five-page lawsuit faxed to their public affairs office by The Associated Press.

Tuesday's filing will mark the 38th anniversary of the Kecksburg UFO incident, which occurred Dec. 9, 1965, in the unincorporated hamlet about 30 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.

...The lawsuit contends NASA has thwarted Kean's efforts to retrieve official files on the incident by sending her irrelevant information or nothing in response to Freedom of Information Act requests.

"Despite our serious effort to uncover the facts, NASA still refuses to provide the public with any information," said Sci Fi Channel president Bonnie Hammer. "We are hopeful that our legal system will help us find out what really happened in the woods outside Kecksburg."

It's our legal system you're talking about. And our government. Good luck.

Dr. Steven Greer and CSETI, with the Disclosure Project, have been trying to get some information for years. No lawsuit, though, that I'm aware of.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway...
