"As badly as I'd like to put a bullet between his eyes, I was glad he was taken alive," Ensign told The Associated Press.
"I don't think he should be tried in an international court because they don't have the death penalty," Sen. John Ensign, R-Nev., said a day after returning from Baghdad. "I think he should be tried in an Iraqi court, maybe with some international help." article
This sick son of a gun was on a secret trip at the time, and was in Baghdad. He was the only one of the six member congressional delegation who were on that secret trip - what was it secret for? - who was told that Saddam was captured before the public announcement.
And you already know who this next sick asshat is.
"I think he ought to receive the ultimate penalty...for what he has done to his people, "the American president said. "I mean, he is a torturer, a murderer, they had rape rooms. This is a disgusting tyrant who deserves justice, the ultimate justice." article
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
