Jesse Jackson Weighs in on Hillary's Tears

Not in response to voters -- not in response to Katrina, not in response to other issues that have devastated the American people, the war in Iraq, we saw tears in response to her appearance. So her appearance brought her to tears, but not hurricane Katrina.

He could be right. And yet, it’s probably not something he should have said publicly. I don't know what good can come of it.

This could be a sign of why Obama is not interested in considering Jesse as a running mate. That and the fact that Jackson accused him of "acting white."

That and running two black men for the highest offices in the land would most certainly give the race to the Republicans. I'm pretty sure one black man will be enough to throw it to the Republicans, but I'm also pretty sure that a condition for the nomination would be that he not choose another black to run on the ticket with him.
