Remember when Ambassador Holbrooke replied, "We'll know it when we see it," when asked how we'd know when we had succeeded in Afghanistan?
Well, no such silliness for the war in Iraq. We'll know that's done when the name of the operation changes.
But how strange is it that they've chosen the same name - Operation New Dawn - that they chose for the destruction of Falluja? Perhaps they figured they'd give it a second chance.
And, if the military is pulling out, why is there still an operation?
