A Buckingham Palace spokesman who asked not to be identified because of palace policy said he could not remember the last time the queen had displayed such public affection with a first lady or dignitary.
If you look at the slideshow at TPM of the G20 attendees, you’ll also be struck by the fact that everybody looks like they’re having a grand old time – all smiles and fun.
Everybody is just so friggin’ happy that W is no longer around. That they have an intelligent representative from the States on hand and not a crass boor.
