He's made a book deal, naturally. Simon & Schuster will publish, and Karl will get $1.5 million, purportedly a good deal less than hype would have led him to expect and his own narcissism to ask for. I don't know, but I think $1.5 million is a good deal more than "I'm great and made George Bush everything he is" is worth.
Rove's deputy, Barry Jackson, has replaced him at the White House - at least in position. An aid of Mr. Jackson claims that Rove's replacement is responsible for Bush having the "four best months" of his presidency at the end of '07.
My computer says there's a problem with this site's security certificate: https://www.whitehouse.gov/results/leadership/bio_228.html
It tells me:
The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address.
Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server.
That's the government site that supposedly has information about Mr. Jackson. How rich is that?
At any rate, if anybody ever gets around to issuing charges against the group at the White House using RNC e-mail accounts to get around oversight, Mr. Jackson should be amongst the culprits.
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
