Cornyn-Leahy bill to make FOIA requests easier

Members of established news outlets typically get all FOIA fees waived, while those of us who don't work for the New York Times or CNN have to pay most fees. This bill would change that, exempting us from prohibitive search and copying fees that can be as high as five figures (and, rarely, even six figures). And that bit about tracking FOIA requests online is pretty nifty, too.
