Maybe what our government officials mean when they talk about transparency is that they should be allowed to do politically expedient, albeit destructive, things to this country right in front of our faces without bothering to try to be secretive or circumspect. So here they go. I was just flipping through TV channels to find Fox reporting that "experts" expect in the near future cyber attacks being used as a decoy to physical attacks. So get ready for serious restrictions on internet use...or at least more government spying and interference in your internet usage. And then what after that? Our text messaging will be restricted? After that, we'll have to speak only to a select few trusted individuals, and do that in whispers.
....but hey, do what you want....you will anyway.
