Come to think of it (him), I don't think Barry's sing term is going to lead him placed much above Trumanor Clinton....
ReplyDeletei just read today that the same scholars placed him at 15th best. it's pretty early for a judgment, in my opinion. and i probably wouldn't rate him that high, but i don't know enough about 15 others to say. i'm posting the link to the rankings in an update to this post. it has clinton at 13th and truman at 9.
